Taxes & farms

Keeping Vermont affordable

Taxes, farms, priorities — a full statement is coming. The principle is not.

State government should help communities succeed. Towns need a meaningful voice in decisions that affect their schools, farms, forests, housing, water, roads, and local economies. Housing policy, health-care costs, and the viability of farms are not separate problems; they are how a place stays affordable for the people who already live there.

Until this page is complete, Gregory’s published positions on housing and healthcare are the clearest account of how he would keep wealth and care circulating inside Vermont instead of extracting them.
